Cleaning Questions

Q: How many people will clean my home or office?

A: Usually two housekeepers but on occasion three.

 

Q: Do I need to provide supplies or will you bring them?

A: Depends on your preference. We will take any cleaning products and supplies needed to perform the job. However, if you have specific products or equipment that you prefer then we will use what you provide.

 

Q: What type of cleaning solutions do you use?

A: We will use as many natural cleaning products as possible such as vinegar to clean glass, disinfect, and deodorize. Professional heavy duty cleaners and disinfectants are also used for tasks such as ovens and toilets. If you have sensitivities to certain products, we will consult with you to make accommodations.

 

Q: How much trash will you remove from my house or office?

A: We will take out the trash from inside all trash bins in the rooms being cleaned and deposited in your own trash bins. We do not remove any trash from the premises.

 

Q: Can you clean with my own supplies?

A: Yes. We will gladly use any products that you provide.

 

Q: Can you vacuum with my own equipment?

A: Yes. However, we are not to be held responsible for any damage that may be caused to your equipment or due to your equipment.

 

Q: How do I leave special instructions?

A: Not unless you have special requests. We will discuss any special instructions at the time of the original consultation and you are welcome to call or email ahead of time to discuss any one time requests.

 

Q: Do I need to do anything to prepare for a move-out cleaning service?

A: No. As long as there is water and electricity, we will provide any necessary equipment to complete the cleaning service.

 

Q: Do you clean dog  and cat litter boxes?

A: No. We do not clean any feces, urine, or vomit.

 

Q: What won’t Azucena’s Cleaning,  housekeepers clean?

A: We will not clean blood, feces, vomit or urine from animals nor humans.

Billing & Pricing Questions

Q: Do you take credit cards?

A: Yes. Credit card payments  incur a $3.00 processing fee. Card payments must be made the day of the service.

 

Q: What if I need  to change or cancel an appointment?

A: Cancellations require 48-hour notice.  cancellations and lack outs will be billed at full price. Exemptions will be made in the case of emergencies. Service day must be rescheduled to another day that week to maintain agreed upon rate.

 

Q: Is there a fee for cancelling a recurring service?

A: No.

Appointment Questions

Q: How do I request an appointment?

A: You are welcome to contact us via phone, email, text message  for an appointment.

 

Q: Do you give exact appointment times to clean my home/office?

A: yes. We do set a frame time arregment to clean your home.

 

Q: Do I need to be home/can I be home when the housekeepers are cleaning?

A: It is not necessary for you to be on location. Generally, we will arrange with you at the time of the original estimate consultation to have access to your home or office so we may perform our job and lock up behind us. However, if you feel more comfortable being home at the time of services you are welcome to do so.


 

Scheduling Questions

Q: Will the same housekeepers always come to my home to clean?

A: Yes, we try to keep teams in their own assigned neighborhoods.

 

Q: What if I need to stop my service?

A: Call or email to let us know; you are not under any obligation. Please keep in mind that if you start up a recurring service again we cannot guarantee the same price.


 

Q: Can I change my day of recurring cleaning service one time only?

A: Yes. The service day must be rescheduled to another day that same week to maintain agreed upon rate.

Miscellaneous Questions

Q: How do the housekeepers enter my home?

A: At the time of the estimate consultation have a copy of your key and any necessary pins for alarm systems ready for us. You may  leave and have a key hidden for us.

 

Q: Do I need to give you a key for my house/office ?

A: If you feel more comfortable leaving the key on location we can locate it and hide it after each visit. We will agree upon a location of the key during the estimate consultation.

 

Q: Do you offer special occasions, weekends, or last minute one-time cleaning services?
