The following list covers what we clean every time we go to your home if you have requested a weekly, bi-monthly, or monthly service. Rate will be determined at the time of your free estimate consultation. This list can be modified to include more or less to fit your budget.

Our first or first few visits to your home are detailed and gives us a clean foundation that we can maintain. These are billed as Deep Cleaning sessions. Please see Residential One-Time and Spring Cleaning for a detailed list of what applies to first visits.

 

Residential One-Time and Spring Cleaning

 

The following list details what will be cleaned at a one-time cleaning session or during a seasonal/spring cleaning session (1-4 times a year in addition to a recurring service). This list also applies to our first or first few visits when you schedule recurring service as the cleaning is detailed and gives us a clean foundation that we can maintain. Rate is determined on a case-by-case basis. This list can be modified to include other or less items to fit your budget.
